FeedCraft is a team of young and passionate entrepreneurs committed to higher profitability for the farmers and holistic care of the animals. This shows up in the approach they take to delivering their products and services based on integrity, service, and innovation and a team including industry specialists, functional professionals, veteran advisors, and champions of community development.
The team continually invests in R&D to continue to make their feed highly nutritive, digestible, and healthy while constantly endeavouring to boost the animals’ immunity and vitality. All these mean better health for the animals, livelihood for many, increased profitability for the farmers and enhanced sustainability for the environment.
The founders come from a Hindu family where the cow is seen as a mother. This led to the development of empathy and sensitivity the founders developed towards the animals. Looking at the feed industry, they realized that there was a need for not just high-quality feed but total care of the animals. The market then was full of spurious feed providers who would promise one thing and deliver another when it came to quality feed. The market was much unorganized and false promises were creating problems both for the farmers and their animals.
The founders knew that something had to change. This led to the birth of FeedCraft.

Anil Jaiswal (Co-Founder)
Anil leads Operation, Key Account Management, and Procurement at FeedCraft.
An experienced professional with over 5 years of expertise in the agribusiness industry, Anil specialized in handling all procurement in soya extension products, animal feed supplements, poultry, aquaculture, and cattle raw material.
With an MBA in Finance, Anil also has rich experience in sales and broking in the banking industry. Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying market opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service, Anil is passionate about driving growth and achieving results in the agribusiness sector.

Krishank Dubey (Co- Founder)
Krishank Dubey is an accomplished professional with an MBA from IIM Indore and over 8 years of experience in managing agribusiness, and commercial real estate projects.
Krishank has a proven track record of leading various projects, including the construction of a shopping mall with one lakh sq ft of built-up area, which had a project cost of Rs 300 million in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh.
Krishank’s key looks after building new relationships, handling a team of sales managers and engineers, financial planning, managing channel partner network, technology and business strategies FeedCraft.
